Deliveries

Dispatch

• STANDARD DELIVERY (U.K Orders) All orders will be sent out using a recorded deivery method by Royal Mail. Deliveries will take between 1-3 working days
• NEXT DAY DELIVERY All orders received before 03.00pm Monday-Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3:00pm or at weekends or public holidays, will be sent on the next working day.
• If there is a problem with your order preventing us from dispatching, we will normally contact you within 24 hours of the order being received by us or on the next working day.
• If you have any question regarding delivies or delivery timeframes please contact us at info@robert-fuller.co.uk and we will get back to you immediately.

Deliveries

• Deliveries are normally sent out Via Royal Mail Recorded and Special Delivery and are delivered on a next day basis unless advised otherwise or if being sent outside of the UK.
• All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or other secure courier service.
• Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is normally required.

Overseas Orders

• Robert-Fuller.co.uk does not charge any customs duties on International shipments or any destination outside of the EU. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Robert-Fuller.co.uk.
• While we do not expect that there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your on-line order with Robert-Fuller.co.uk.

Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges for all orders are as follows: United Kingdom: £4.95 (next day = £7.50) European Community (EU): £15.00 International (All over destinations): £20.00
• Delivery is FREE If your order is over £750 and delivered within the United Kingdom. If your order is to be delivered outside the United Kingdom your order must also be over £1000 to qualify for free delivery.
• Gift Wrapping service is available to U.K customers only at a cost of £15 which includes the postage costs

Royal Mail - Special Delivery With proof of posting, signature on arrival and online confirmation of delivery, your delivery is easy to trace. All Special Delivery items arrive the next working day.

Postage Outside Of The U.K

Royal Mail - International Signed For Take advantage of the global reach and reassurance that Royal Mail International Signed For service offers. With International Signed For a signature will be taken for your item on delivery at its destination. Delivery to just about anywhere in the world. Orders placed after 3pm will be not be shipped until the next day.
