CHRISTMAS GIFT RETURNS POLICY

Valid on all UK purchases from Tuesday 1st November to 2pm Thursday 22nd December 2011.
This date is also the last postage date for delivery before Christmas using NEXT DAY DELIVERY.

All orders placed between the above dates wil be accepted for refund or exchange until Monday 9th January 2012, provided all other returns criteria listed are met -  e.g Item is returned in it's original condition with labels etc.

Dispatch

• STANDARD DELIVERY (U.K Orders) All orders will be sent out using a recorded deivery method by UkMail. Deliveries will take between 1-3 working days
• NEXT DAY DELIVERY All orders received before 03.00pm Monday-Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3:00pm or at weekends or public holidays, will be sent on the next working day.
• SATURDAY DELIVERY If this option is selected then Item will be dispatched out on the next Friday after your order or on the Friday of your order as long as the order is placed before 3pm. This will be dispatched on a next Day Saturday service. Please note - we advise you to give us a Mobile number with your order so we can give you a text update including a time window for your delivery.
• If there is a problem with your order preventing us from dispatching, we will normally contact you within 24 hours of the order being received by us or on the next working day.

Deliveries

• Deliveries are normally sent out Via UKMail Next Day Bag It Delivery and are delivered on a next day basis unless advised otherwise or if being sent outside of the UK.
• All deliveries are sent via UKMail or other secure courier service.
• Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is required.

Overseas Orders

• Robert-Fuller.co.uk does not charge any customs duties on International shipments or any destination outside of the EU. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Robert-Fuller.co.uk.
• While we do not expect that there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your on-line order with Robert-Fuller.co.uk.
• International Orders will be dispatched using either UKmail or by Royal Mails International signed for service 

Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges for all orders are as follows: United Kingdom: Standard Delivery = £4.50 (next day = £7.50 and Saturday Delivery £8.50) European Community (EU): £15.00 International (All over destinations): £20.00
• Delivery is FREE If your order is over £750 and delivered within the United Kingdom. If your order is to be delivered outside the United Kingdom your order must also be over £1000 to qualify for free delivery.
• Gift Wrapping service is available to U.K customers only at a cost of £15 which includes the postage costs

Postage & Shipping

• All UK orders will be sent via UK Mail
• Next Day Secure Service
• Parcels will require signature on delivery
• If Mobile Number is given during your order UKmail will text you with dispatch details and delivery time frame.
• Saturday Delivery Available

Postage Outside Of The U.K

Royal Mail - International Signed For Take advantage of the global reach and reassurance that Royal Mail International Signed For service offers. With International Signed For a signature will be taken for your item on delivery at its destination. Delivery to just about anywhere in the world. Orders placed after 3pm will be not be shipped until the next day.

Some International orders will be sent via UKmails International service. Also requiring a signature on delivery.
